The former Buckinghamshire home of Frankenstein author is up for sale for £925,000. The West Street located town house was the home of authors Mary and Percy Shelley. Mary published the Gothic novel featuring the now world famous monster 204 years ago in 1818, when she was just 20-years-old. The Shelleys purchased the Marlow home in the early 19th century, and it is where Mary was inspired to write her Frankenstein.
