This major exhibition brings together sculptures by celebrated British artist Sean Henry within the striking Saïd Business School in Oxford. Created between 2001 and 2024, these figurative works are installed throughout the School’s lobby and Romanesque corridors, culminating in the monumental Seated Figure a three-metre-high bronze that looks out onto the city from the School’s public courtyard. The exhibition invites visitors to reflect on themes of identity, perception, and connection. Henry’s polychrome sculptures, painted in naturalistic tones, feel at once familiar and enigmatic. Through their scale, posture, and expression, they prompt questions about who we are, how we see others, and how art can reframe our sense of self within public space
